Meal Ideas


Meal #1– Organic carrots & cucumber, apple, coconut date roll (recipe found here), puffed millet, banana wrap- ezekiel sprouted wrap or spelt wrap (if your child is not gluten sensitive)- if they are there are GF rice wraps as well.  Sunflower seed butter & banana.  


Meal #2- Watermelon, cucumber, apple & pumpkin seed butter sammie’s with hempseed sprinkled within, coconut date roll, corn cake with sunflower seed butter & raw honey. 


Meal #3– Coconut date roll, apple, blue corn chips (with a side of hummus), carrots & GF & DF pizza (Daiya cheese & GF pizza crust).


Meal #4- Organic apple, cucumber and edemame, coconut date roll, tahini cookies & banana wrap.
